1 Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "bd baj", "platform" or "we" refers to the bd baj website and all services connected to it. "Member" or "you" refers to any person who has registered or is browsing the platform. "Services" refers to online casino, sports betting, virtual sports, slots and all gaming activities operated on bd baj.

These terms apply to members residing in Bangladesh. Accessing the website or creating an account means you have read and agreed to all these terms. If you do not agree with any term, you are requested not to use the platform's services.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on bd baj, providing accurate and complete information is mandatory. The name, mobile number, email address and date of birth provided at registration must be genuine and verifiable.

2.1 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. bd baj reserves the right to suspend or close all accounts if an attempt is made to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address or payment method.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bd baj may at any time ask a member to submit documents to confirm their identity — such as a copy of their National ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be held until this verification process is complete.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

All casino and betting services on bd baj are for persons aged 21 or above only. Providing a false age at registration will result in the account being closed and all balances in that account may be forfeited.

If any doubt arises about a member's age, bd baj may request documents proving age at any time. If an account is found to belong to someone under 21, it will be closed immediately.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party or sharing your account is strictly prohibited. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify bd baj's support team immediately.

bd baj will not be responsible for financial losses caused by login details falling into someone else's hands, if it is established that the member disclosed the information themselves or did not take proper precautions.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount on bd baj is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Transactions below these amounts cannot be processed.

5.2 Payment Methods

Accepted methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks). The same methods apply for withdrawals.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase if identity verification is incomplete or additional review is required. bd baj does not support transactions in cryptocurrency or any digital currency.

5.4 Ownership of Account Balance

Funds held in a member's account are reserved for use on the bd baj platform. bd baj will never pay interest on these funds and they will not be treated as a deposit or investment.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000 — to withdraw this bonus, bets totalling ৳25,000 (৳1,000 × 25) must be completed.

6.2 Meeting Bonus Terms

No withdrawal can be made before bonus wagering is complete. Bonus funds may only be used to bet on games approved on bd baj. For some games, bonus bets may count partially or not at all towards wagering at bd baj's discretion — this list is detailed on the promotions page.

6.3 Other Promotions

bd baj regularly offers weekly reload bonuses, Friday fun bonuses and cricket festival bonuses, among other offers. Each promotion has its own terms. Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless bd baj explicitly states otherwise.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

If bd baj determines that a member is following unusual betting patterns to exploit the bonus system, it reserves the right to cancel that member's bonus or suspend their account.

7 VIP and Rewards Program

bd baj's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback benefit differs at each tier — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.0% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated on the net loss for that week.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on a member's overall activity on the platform. Although bd baj does not publish specific turnover thresholds, regular and active members are automatically considered for promotion to higher tiers. VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd baj:

• Placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Using another person's account or using the platform with a concealed identity.
• Using bd baj for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false information on an account or committing identity fraud.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or software bugs in the platform.
• Threatening, harassing or deceiving other members.

Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances and legal action where necessary.

9 Limitation of Liability

bd baj will not be liable for any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, network issues or third parties. However, if a bet is incorrectly settled due to a technical error, bd baj reserves the right to correct it to the proper result.

Game outcomes are determined by each game provider's random number generator (RNG). bd baj does not guarantee any specific winnings and does not influence game results. The member bears full responsibility for the consequences of their betting decisions.

10 Privacy

Details of how bd baj collects, stores and uses members' personal information can be found in our Privacy Policy. By accepting these terms and conditions, you are also considered to have agreed to the Privacy Policy.

bd baj will never sell or lease a member's financial information or personal identity to third parties. Information may be shared in a limited way only to meet legal obligations, verify identity or ensure security.

11 Responsible Gaming

bd baj believes that betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We are aware of the harmful effects of excessive gambling and are committed to protecting members. If a member feels their betting habits are getting out of control, they can contact bd baj's support team at any time to request a temporary break or permanent closure of their account.

12 Changes to Terms

bd baj reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance by email or through a platform notice. Continuing to use the platform after a change means the member has accepted the new terms.

It is recommended to visit this page regularly to stay updated on changes to the terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page can be used to confirm the latest version.

13 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding a bet result or account matter, bd baj's support team must be contacted first. Upon receiving a complaint, bd baj will review it within a reasonable time and communicate its decision. If you are not satisfied with the support team's initial decision, you may request a review at a higher level.

bd baj's final decision on game results, bonus awards or any technical matter is binding. However, bd baj commits to always acting fairly to protect members' rights.
